While we were discussing where we wanted to travel to in 2018, we named several countries that are on our bucket list. It didn’t work well for me and I felt like a failure. I thought I just wasn’t good at using the Law of Attraction.
I’ve never picked a word for the year before. I’ve heard about it, but I don’t usually make resolutions or things like that for the new year. This year I felt guided to pick a word and right away two words came to me, peace and acceptance. I prayed and asked for guidance and those words kept coming up, so I decided to accept them and go with it.Read More
When I went raw vegan, and discovered nice cream also known as nana cream, I was hooked. It’s so good! It’s like eating ice cream but it’s healthy and doesn’t harm animals. It’s good for you because it’s made with only one ingredient, bananas. You can also add other ingredients to change the flavor but it’s great alone too. My daughters’ favorite way to eat nice cream is plain vanilla topped with our homemade peanut butter.Read More

I’d already been vegan for over ten years and was eating a very high raw diet. I was feeling guided to switch to a fully raw vegan diet so I decided to listen to my gut and do it.Read More
